DSc530 SC290 after remote firmware update

Do I just have dumb luck today or has anyone else come across this problem? I double and triple checked and I downloaded the correct firmware. Anyone have any thoughts before I tear it apart?

It's the same as the MP C3000. I found that the cam on top of the shutter motor was loose and got wedged in the cut out in the frame. I'm assuming it happened during delivery since I only touched the machine to get a meter and config page before sitting at a pc. It threw the code after it rebooted after the first firmware I sent it.

Just my dumb luck I guess.
