hello I need to know how can I set in A4 format .Now It is in inch format.And How I could adjust the quality copy .thanks .

I believe the paper size settings are achieved using the size selector dial in the paper tray. Whatever you select will be reflected on the display. As for better copy quality, if you can describe what the copy quality looks like now I am sure you will receive plenty of ideas on the various adjustments you can make.

thanks for your replay but this copiar aficio 450e doesn't have universal tray whit selector that you say.I think that it is in the service parameters but I don't have manual.About the quality copy ,it is a little bit clear in auto mode but in manual mode it is right.

My bad, go to user tools and select SYSTEM. Then go to number 11 "Paper Size-Tray" and using the cursor keys select the paper tray and paper size. Press ok to accept.

I did it but I could'nt see a4 format .I think that I have to change destination in sp modes thanks but I don't have the service manual thanks

set SP 5024 to a 0
set SP 5131 to a 2

then reboot
