Aficio 450 drive motor change the rotation speed

In several Aficio 450 the drive motor changes the rotation speed, it goes slowly and makes paper misfeeds when you use the 1º or 2º cassettes; in 3º or 4º cassettes it doesn't ocurr.
If anyone knows the solution please answer me. Best regards

Dip switch 101 on the IO board.
Make sure switch 1 is off.
These set the speed of the machine.

    Thanks for your reply
I made sure switch 1 is off.
The strange thing is that using cassettes 3º and 4º the motor speed doesn't change.
    Any suggestion?

I don't really understand what you are saying in changing motor speed but most times jamming out of the tray on these machines is a bad paper feed clutch.

I'm sayin that the motor rotates down the standard rpm (the sound of the motor change); this only occurs when using trays 1 or 2 in single or series copies. I tested with another motor and it works ok. The question is why this trouble doesn't ocurr using trays 3 and 4

Well it seams you´ve got the solution, it was the motor.
well the problem does not occur from the opcional paper bank because the time that the paper takes to get up to registration is when your bad motor has stablelized on a good rotation, you gave us the answer, LOL

The bushing of the 1st and 2nd tray are certainly in need of some lubrification i had this on my machine after long printing jobs, you should put some oil on it and then spread it over by activating the main motor and the respective tray clutch. this should do the trick for you.
