MP 161spf fax to email

I've tried to configure the fax to email in the MP 161spf but up to now It's not working. Scan to email and folder, are working ok. I already turned on the forwarding to email then tried to send fax but when i open up my email I can't see the message or the document. Anyone experienced this, pls. help me sir. thank you.

Are you able to scan to the email you want to forward to? The email address needs to be a destination, if I recall.

it is easy only need a member more and in caracteristiques FAX active forwarding to member.
