    MPC3500 Fax option

This user is trying to get a confirmation report on all faxes.
She called me today and I talked her through Setting Parameter switch 03 bit 0 to 1 and bit 5 to 1.
Reports still not coming out. I had her fax the parameter list to me and I checked it to make sure the correct bits were set.
Sys, Eng, fax and fcu firmware are up to date.
Anybody have an idea why no reports are coming out? And yes, I know the comms were good as she sent 2 faxes to me and no reports were printed.

You sound a pretty switched on guy, did the customer turn the machine off/on after changing the parameter. I got into the habit of always doing this no matter what paremeter or sp mode I change.

The user had "Quick Touch" keys set for Tx report and Tx files. These are the manual way to get the automatic reports. Turned them off and life was sweet again.
