MP3500 Toner light flashing in display

Hello Friends, i have a problem with an MP3500 which shows a flashing red toner light in the display.I have replaced the toner with the Toner MP4500 and the machine worked for two days and did the same thing. I also rebooted the machine and nothing changed. Has anyone seen this problem, can you shed some light?

The mylars in your toner hopper fell off. Replace the hopper or glue the mylars back in place.

Also check the developer, these machines have turned out to be an absolute bastard for toner supply, developer and drum problems all caused by toner filming of the mag roller. Get the machine apart, clean the mag roller and make sure the mylars haven't come off in the toner hopper as Ricoh-ono says.
