Hi friends i have an MP6500 that is constantly jamming just before the transport. I have changed the pick-up and reverse rollers to no avail. It would copy about 5 copies and it would jam all over. Can anyone shed some light on this.
Thanks

Does it do it out of all paper trays or just one? Also what jam code do you get and how many clicks are on the machine? The older versions would get hosed from developer leaking through the back of the unit and wearing down the drive gears and such for the tray units. Usually you'd see this around 1.5-2.5 million clicks.
I would look at the jam codes to see where the machine "thinks" it's having the problem. This will at least lead you to the sensor(s) that may be registering the jams and better direct you to the problem. As rthonpm said, which paper drawers?
