    MPC 4500

when you send a print from a computer of multiple pages & u request say 10 sets.

how can u print them so its does 10 full sets i.e page 1, 2 then 3 & so on

instead of page 1 page 1 page 1 (10 times) then page 2 Page 2 etc

its pain to sort them out, i bet its a tick somewhere on the driver

    hope some1 can help

    Cheers

    John

Depending on what driver you're using there will be an option saying "collate".

If you're using the PCL6 driver, there is an option on the front page that says "ignore application collate". If you untag this and then select collate on the front page of Word for example, that'll do the same job.
Up to my nuts in toner and loving it!

I've seen the same thing when using non standard paper in the trays. Make sure the settings in the driver match the settings on the machine. Had the same issue when printing, getting a mismatch message and then selecting another tray. Prints one set and then ends the job.
