MP C2050 internal Finisher

This is the only internal finisher I have out so far and it is giving me an intermittent problem. When stapling it will often miss a sheet in the stack, all the sheets have the image aligned but apparently not aligning in the stapler, therefore missing in the stack when it staples.
It looks like the joggers are working so I don't know what else to look for. Any ideas?

I haven't been inside one of these yet, but do they have the paddle wheel like the one bin finishers on the 1027, 2027, etc? They could get out of whack and cause jams sometimes.

Got back to the shop and we have one waiting to be unboxed and installed. I'll take a peek to see if anything jumps out at me.

I have similar problem in two internal finishers and I can't figure it out what is causing this behaviour. Have yoy got this solved already? I would appreciate any help, I might get.

The one thing that I did was teach them to keep the cassette side guides closed. Both times I was there for the finisher problem, the side guides were open slightly. I explained that they didnt need to open the guides to add paper but it took awhile to sink in. Also I screwed the guides down so they coulnt move. Since then no more problems. I think the open guides were allowing the occasinal paper to skew.
