update - the oil roller and the thermistors have been changed, and now as a copier it is acceptable, but when printing from pc , the non fusing problem appears. Tomorrow i'll check their system. If any other suggestions, please let me know. Thanks

Gday Mate,
Whilst all these are good suggestions.Sometimes certain things just wont fuse properly. This is where the machines limitations can be a factor.I'd try the new oil/cleaning roller trick or a new fuser. You can only bump the temp so much.Increasing this will reduce fuser life .Sometimes you just can't do the impossible brother!
Whenever I get these problems I usually end up explaining to the customer how to change from plain to heavy paper in the driver (paper tab). If they print on heavier paper, or if the paper is moist (some ppl buy their paper from an offset printing business and they moist their paper because it's better when using it for offset) you must fuse it longer. You could always try to run the paper through the copier first (just copy a white paper), then put it back in the tray and try printing on it. If that works it's probable the paper is moist.
At last it appears to be working ok. Had to change the fuser - complete - as the thermistors and rolls improved the image but not completely. Thanks to all who assisted![]()
