Used Toner Case Is Full. Savin 9945DP

Can someone please tell me how to fix a "Used Toner Case Is Full" error? Where is the used toner case and how do you empty it?

Please help. My copier is down until I can clear this error.

Thank You,

Ray

Thats not an item thats user cleanable, and requires a service tech to do it right. I'd suggest you call a service provider. Cleaning it can be messy and usually requires a toner vacuum to do it well!

Thank you so much for the fast reply!!
The copier is so old that I can not find anyone to service it.
I already cleaned out the excess toner case but I dont know how to clear the error message. Can you please tell me the process for reseting the error on the screen?

Thank you,

RB

No it was mounted on the right hand side. I accessed it through the front door. I had to also open the right side door to be able to remove the Fuser assy. The Catch can was under the fuser assy on the right.

My bad, not the left side (doh), did u clean or remove anything from the right door (the one that folds down to access the drum), (if the waste toner was cleaned properly the message resets on its own).

Regards!

The transfer unit, which is attached to the right door is also the used toner container, it has to be disassembled and vacuumed out.

If you cleaned anything else out, you got problems.
Under the fuser is the PCU assy and below that is the developer unit. What have you done?!
