SC202 MPC1500sp

We only have one of these in the field and it keeps giving up this code. My first visit today, so I followed the service manual and cleaned the whole shabang. Worked fine for about 15 colour prints and then sc202. Cleaned again and reset the air counters in sp7215. Has anyone out there had similar, any advice or will I just change the maintenance module.Machine is working ok at present but I fear for it!!!!

I have this machine and I don't live this trouble. I make a research for your trouble.

Tank full level error: Tank full sensor defective
Tank Full Lever sensor: Check SP 7215- if highest value 10x the lowest value replace engine
Tank Full Lever sensor: Defective Tank full sensor sensor/harness
Tank Full Lever sensor: Dirty/Defective main scan encoder sensor
Tank Full Lever sensor: Incorrect position of print head carriage slider- see TSB#13
Tank Full Lever sensor: Replace engine
Tank Full Sensor - reset using SP2505
Tank Full Sensor - reset using SP7804

And Ricoh create a technical bulletion for this problem I atteched this bulletin on topic.
