Fiery E-5000 System Software

Anybody know if and where the system software for this guy is on the TSC site? I've been looking for it, but I can't seem to find it. The parts manual references the system software CD, but I'm hoping I don't have to order and wait on it. I know the Konica Minolta's with the Fiery's are downloadable from their tech site and I'm hoping I just over looked it for the Ricoh's.

Ricoh wont put in on the public site, but if you call tech support and ask, they give you this link.

Thanks!!! I actually got it from another tech yesterday.

Ricoh wouldn't want us to fix something the first time at an account. Hide the information from the techs, maybe they'll buy more parts.

We had this problem a few months ago and they told us to order the CD's.

Me: OK I'll take two
Ricoh: No can do, they are on backorder.
Me: OK, when can I expect them.
Ricoh: Not for at least 3 months.
Me: Well, that's acceptable and I'm sure my customer doesn't need to print for 3 months.

After that I had to bitch and moan before finally they said it was up on the FTP site....ridiculous. Besides Ricoh & Fiery don't mix well in my opinion.
