AFICIO 1045 "Waste toner catridge is full" appear on screen. but no error code comes out. the transfer belt assemblly I already cleans. even change the whole unit. The PM counter also clear. But the message still appear and the machine doesn't work anymore.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER THIS?

waste toner full error

If you've changed the transfer unit then you must have some sort of electrical connection trouble perhaps.
Where Im from we actually disable this sensor due to similar problems.

done with SP 2960 (need to be in special service mode-hold # whilst entering copier sp mode.

Cheers

Some time the toner overflow sensor dies... I saw it few times...or it's dirty even is no wasted toner left.
The easiest (cheapest) way is to deactivate it and check at regular intervals the waste toner level. If you have it replace it..if you want to keep active this feature.

AW31 0006 Toner Overflow Sensor
Good luck

check for the three wires connection for poor contacts, which link from the frame connector to the waste toner sensor metal plates.

I have also had problems in the past with the contacts being dirty and/or bent. I have also had to resolder the wires to the contacts. Since you tried a completely different transfer unit with the same results, it is something to check.

I second that!!! Those connectors are favorite to give trouble.
