Hi there!
Replaced every maintenance item but the drum. At the begining everything was ok but now there is uneven density. drum is 50k.
Other issue is: if you take a close look into a thin black line like the one in the counter print, its not a line its more like a light wave!
Another issue is that in solid lines you'll find very thin white lines repeaing on 1/16 inches or 1 milimiter? space on that solid lines.
Should refer that it has done 650k prints.
Can anyone help please?

I would tweak all of the drum tabs so the charge roller is getting good contact with the charge straps to start off. I don't quite get what you mean by the light waves. However, I have seen weird problems like that from the polygon mirrior going bad on this model, hopefully you have a used one you can try. I would at the very least pull the laser unit out and clean it. You could also check the service manual section on laser adjustments. There is also a chance that the right door switches are going bad. The ones that are in a 3-pack together under the magnet catch.

I agree with onion head (semper fi).ive seen polygon motor or laser unit.also did the left hand corner get tweeked (op panel)
