Ricoh Aficio Envelope Printing Problem

Hello all!

I have a Ricoh Aficio SP C410DN laser printer that has been giving me some grief lately whenever I try and print envelopes.

When I'm in Word, I click Tools > Letters/Mailing > Envelopes & Lables , then from there I enter whatever address I need. However, when I hit Print, I go to the printer only to find it beeping annoyingly, and on the screen it says:

"Paper size/type mismatch. Change settings to: 4 1/8 x 9 1/2 Plain/Recycled"

At first I thought this was just an error on my part, so I went back to the Envelopes & Labels menu and under Options I made sure that the Envelope Size was the same as what the printer said. However, after trying again I get the same beeping result and error message.

Any clue why this is happening? Is something wrong with the printer, or is there something strange going on with my computer?

The paper size of the printer doesn't correspond with the paper size of the document. When you specify the document size in the printer driver it should work.

How do I do that? I can't find anything under the printer properties...

Use envelope in the Bypass tray of the machine and select the exact media you inserted from the bypass options.
