Af3030/mp3500 op panel
Seems as though Ricoh is about a month behind when it comes to tech pubs.Been working on an op panel that wont calibrate.Go to order the part only to find out that it is not in the country.Oh and by the way....Ricoh is aware of the problem but it is working on getting parts out to fix it.Now i am looking at close to 75 to 80 of these mahines in my territory but cant get the new parts.
Go figure!

You must be talking about the free touchpad 'skin' they are sending out. I've got a similar situation with about 75 MP3500s. What wasn't clear to me was how to get additional 'free' skins. We can't order the part. How are we supposed to get another one when we use the one or two that get sent out?
Didn't really STUDY the bulletin. I'll get around to that when I actually need one.

They will send them to you free of charge based on how many of these machines your dealership has ordered in the serial number range effected.
We've got a ton of them and already replaced screen with the old part number. They are ticking time bombs lol.

Well they wont sendn until 6/8/09 so if you have replaced one before hand then log on to the SERVICE MANAGERS PORTAL and log the replacement so you can get credit for it.

We received a full box of touch screen's this week. I didn't pay attention to the part number (I'll check in the morning) but it's there and pretty sure you will be able to order it. If somebody is interested I will post the part number.
