    one more thing ... some eng told me that he sure that the Lithium batteries need to be changed ... is that true ... and he said that the machine return to default settings ...so any ides....?

    The lithium battery is located in the NVRAM. You need to call a service tech to address your machines issues.
    NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING.
