hi gyes... i have a proplem ... i have this machine for along time and it work so perfect ...so suddnly yesterday the massege uppers it " timer has turned the machine off enter weekly timer code then press #"
please help me fast becuase i have this machine at work and now i cant work in any thing.... thanks alot
p.s : when i try to open service progrm by 107 nothing will work on the screen ...
p.s 2: when i try to enter weekly timer code as defult "0000" then press # nothing will change andthe machine just turned off again ...
maybe by accident the timer is switch On....
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.
thanks imaginemoko for tryig to help ... but the problem is that i found her service manual ... and it say that no such thing as " weekly timer " in this machine is working ... so how come the machine asking for 4 digit code as "weekly timer code"please help iam going to be a cruzy ....how can i stop this code request and make this machine work again .,... help gyes
Weekly Timer turns off in user tools. I think this is the correct machine (See attached)
ok now i have another find ... when i try to open service by 107 the touch screen stoped and never work normaly and the machine work but the copy come out in the side of the paper...

and now what i do ....when i get to the user tool the touch screen just dont work correct and i can turn off th weekly timer or do any thing even work on the 107 menu ...so whats the problem the key and touch screen or the program or what ... help me gyes please...is there any code i can just enter it when its ask for weekly code ?
and the important qeustion is why i cant wor normaly with the 107 menu i can't do any thing but entering 1 , 2 section thats all ... so what is that ?? and why?

I think the important question is "What did you do?"
Answer the following
You can enter SP mode Yes / No?
When in SP mode you can access sections 1 and 2, Yes / No?
In in normal "Copy Mode screen, do you have the same problem (only able to access certain parts of the screen, Yes / No?
If you can access SP mode, but have the screen problem in all other modes, try setting up the touch panel.
c/a (yellow) 1 9 9 3 c/s (red) 5 times, follow instructions.
If this works, adjust the timer in user tools as my previous post.
If this does not work, You have done something, but I do not know what!!

first of all my answer in the first and second qestion is "yes"
i can access sp mode .
i can access only 1,2 section...!!!
but in the past ... as 3 days ago i can copy and access to all modes very normaly ... untell that happend ...

so did i do that when it ask for weekly timer code .. it appers just when i turn the machine on ... or .. i enter sp mode and do that or .. when i do that exactly ...
and one more thing... i try to get to the user tools ... but it just open 1 , 2 section ... and the tuoch screen just do the same us when open s mode... it just dont work normaly at all ....
i hope u have some kinde of help in this ... i dont know what to do any more ... i wont to fix this my self with out any more coste...as get some one to fix it ... becouse i think it simple mater and no need to spend money to fix it ....
one more think bro ... i turn the machine off yesterday and completly unplugged it from power ... this morrinng its give me this massge ...as shown ... and iam sure that west toner tank is empty... ... so any ides what this mean....
