    Question Gestetner a045/ricoh aficio 240w scantool problem

    Hi everyone, we're having a problem with the gestetner a045, it prints perfectly butwhen we try to access the scantool it would not allow it saying something like "no rsp"
    does anybody has an idea of what migh be the problem?

    RSP is the digital license file that comes on a floppy disc with the plotbase / Scan Tool software and must be installed before the software will operate.
