Gestetner ao-45 wide format

I just got one of these in. It has 16k on it with print, network and scan. I have an error code SC401-00. Does anyone know what this code means? TIA Tom

401 D ID Sensor Vsg Error
The Vsg level was detected
lower than 2.5 V two times.
• Clean the ID sensor.
• Check the ID sensor harness and
connector.
• Replace the ID sensor.
• Replace the MCU.
• Replace the development unit.
• Replace the CGB power pack.

Clean the ID sensor and do SP3001 2 to initialize the sensor after you clean it.Good luck....

Yes correct bro cleaned the Id sensor and do Id sensor intialization.I have been encountered already here.How are you bro?
