priport jp1230 E-01 what is it

customer called and said machine was working turned off that night and E-01 came up any idea on what the code is for. im gona have them go to the service mode and reset and see if that works. but do appreciate knowing what the code is for Thanks for any help

E-01 is a cutter failure error. Cutter home position sensor is not activated 3 sec after cutter motor is turned on. Maybe a bad master jam? code will reset by itself when the problem is fixed.
