Hi! We have a estetner 1302F and we just replaced the drum unit, we have tried several ways to reset it but nothing seems to work and in the service manual we can't find anythin either. Is there anybody who can give us a light?
Did you put the proper PCU (1013) in the machine?
It has a white connector ( I assume you plugged the connector in! )
If its a blue one, you picked the newer type PCU (1515) it looks and feels the same but won"t work.

That was exactly what happened... we got the 1515 one and it didn't work. Anyway, our tech changed all the new pieces to the old drum cartridge and it worked perfectly.
Thanks a lot for your help! these oversights can cost you time and money... but that's how we learn
