    2232c not printing cyan

    not printing cyan at all. its has a new pcu with new dev unit including the dec inside the unit. new dev clutch. laser glass is cleaned.

    Or maybe the pcu/dv locking mechanism is skewed - in this case the unit has too much play and will loose the drive-connection. Had this a couple of times so far - I just bend the locking bar a bit like a "banana"

    Close to what Jan suggested, try a thin piece of styrofoam against the lock bar and the developer unit. I used to have to do this for a couple machines in an old factory before the developer units were re-designed to keep from drifting forward.
    Also, did you remember to take out the packing shield from the dev unit? I know there have been a few times I've forgotten that at first...
