Windows Authentication on Win server 2003

We're facing a problem regarding windows authentication on Windows server 2003. The print and copy counter of each user does not show when using it. How to set up a Windows Authentication.Any idea about this problem? Thank you for your support.

You a little vague about what model you are talking about. It seems with the newer models of copiers you need to get equitrac or pcs director as an add-on to manage/limit copies and prints.

sorry i forgot to specify the model. this is a Nashuatec MP C2550 machine. We can use equitrac but our customer required us to use Windows authentication only.
