Where is it jamming? What is the jam code? Does it jam every copy or sporadically?

Its reporting jam code 12, have since been to the machine this afternoon, and noticed a part of the side door frame, which forms part of the paper path is twisted, have managed to reform, but any ideas will be gratefully received.

12= paper doesnt activate reg sensor. So I'd say you are damn close.

I hope so, its one of those intermittent ones that never jams when the engineer is on site, suck it and see on this one.

We always change all 5 clutches as soon as there's a feed problem as these machines are such a pile of crap.

Something to look out for is that paper feed motor is attaches to 2 metal plates with a rubber sheet between. It comes loose and can cause a problem.
