You have lost charge. Check the charge roller. Check the contacts to the charge roller and be sure they are maiking good contact. Then if that fails your HV board may be out.

What if the hokey pokey IS what it's all about?
Laser would give a blank copy except that it would code out before it made the copy. Most likely is the charge roller or the contacts on the rear of the pcu for the charge roller.
