    mpc 1500 yellow image quality

the yellow on the nozzle check pattern is not solid like the rest of the colours. it has broken lines.

did the head cleaning 3 times and refreshed 3 times. flushed the yellow head and refreshed. also did special cleaning and still the same. had a lok at the head and went over it with a wet cloth and then performed head cleaning and still the same. am i missing anything out???

We're totally so not in to that GelSprinter business but I guess the yellow print head is just "broken". Either a blockage is inside the printhead and can't be cleaned or the peizo or whatever is pulling/pushing the ink (sorry: gel) out isn't working probably.

Maybe there's a little chance to clean it more properly if you dip the printhead in pure alcohol for a few minutes - maybe this will make it just worse.
Cheers Jan Sommer ....and pardon my English^^

I'm sorry to sound like a broken record but if nozzles are blocked to the point where they don't clean, even with a super flush, it's time for a new engine unit.
Up to my nuts in toner and loving it!
