No image in aficio 1060

Dear all
I began to have no image (just light image like shadow) when I copy in aficio 1060 ,I check the corona and its OK
I remove the development unit and find that it cant rotate easy , I loose the white gear and make it rotate easy and then install it again .and the problem gone I switch off the machine, then next day when I switch the machine on the problem comes again
What may cause that

Just make sure that the pin in the front that locks the dev unit is still there, if it is missing it causes the dev to shift forward and then it does not turn.

Clean the transfer section. Clean and inspect all connections.

What does your SMC say about SC codes? This will help track your problem down.
If the dev unit is locking up it will code.
Is your "add toner" light on?
You could have a faulty TD sensor.
Any additional info would be helpful.
