DF Jam in SR3030 / bourrage chargeur SR3030

I have a problem with a SR3030, the original enters the SR3030 but does not go out completely! I changed all the cells(units) and the card(map) of command(order)! Thank you has all



j'ai un problème avec un SR3030, l'original entre dans le SR3030 mais ne sort pas complètement ! j'ai changé toutes les cellules et la carte de commande ! merci a tous

The SR3030 is a finisher, not a document feeder, so I assume that it's a DF3030 on an MP3350 or MPc2800, something of that ilk?

Clean all of the sensors (obviously) and, if it's anything like the DF3010, the 2 feed sensors on the lid look down into a hole which can suffer from a build-up of paper dust. Make sure that this is cleaned out and then colour the bottom of it in using a black marker pen.

It'd also be helpful to see which sensor is actually calling the jam - that's in SP7505 I believe.
