    MPC6000 SC515

So this one is making me crazy. The machine is intermitantly tripping sc 515 and logging a jam code 69 at the same meter count. I've checked the operation of the jogger motor as well as the fence HP sensor and have run up to 1200 sheets trouble free yet the problem seems to return. Changed the duplex entrance sensor today again coded ! The thing that really stumps me is the code seems to come up during simplex runs. Any ideas ?
    Thanks in advance.

Check for paper stuck in the connector on the rear frame of the machine where the duplex unit plugs in.

Oh, and it may be using the duplex on simplex runs for face down printing.

Problem solved... turned out to be warped guides in the exit unit intermittently stalling paper transport to duplex unit

    Thaks for the input !!
