MP6000SP "Wait Please" - Help needed.

    Dear friends,

    I have a MP6000 SP with a strange problem.
Sometimes, this machine remain locked with screen in "Wait Please"
It happens without any reason, even on first start or with machine on.

If turn off then on machine will be unlocked, but after some times the problem suddenly appear again.

SC History shows error 991 repeated many times.
    Firmware updated, HDD formatted.

    Any other clue???

Thank you very much, for your help.

    Vincenzo

Test the voltage on the wall.
Disconnect HDD and test the machine for functionality.
90% you have a bad HDD
