Mpc 2500 fax not working
fax in all of a sudden stopped working. cant get into the fax option. cant see the fax option under user tools and service mode.

tried to reinstall the fax board with no luck. has anyone out there had the similar fault??

Check the PCB with the battery on it. I've had one that wasn't properly connected to the FCU-board.

batterys seemed connected full on where they should be. could be the batterys that might be dead

Maybe this is a very dumb question, but did you switch the battery on (jumper to ON-position)? Allthough I haven't seen it yet, you could be having a poor battery.
