Paper curl will kill you on that model. Check your finisher firmware revision. There were some changes made with the stapler tray stacking in the newer versions which may help.

Hi. Just a million to one shot here. I've seen it on one finisher where the bracket that holds the sponge roller in place was broken near where it attaches to the back of the machine. the whole assembly was flopping around in there. How the customer managed that, I have no idea. As I say, a million to one shot.
