Mpc-4000 false toner almost empty message over display

Hi

MPC-4000 from installation showing Empty Black & Magenta almost empty.After two month black fully empty and i replace that but message
still their for both black & magenta.And the strange thing is over web image monitor page showing change PCU colour & Dev of Cyan & Yellow.
Now m/c after every almost ten copy or print add toner message flashing
for black toner.SP data of 3101-01 toner END/Near K toner remain is in
negative mark ( - 607 ) and of M toner END/Near also in negative side
( - 56 ). SP data sheet of that page attached.Toner flowing from cartridge via pipe is normal.No blockage.
WHAT SP SEETING WILL SOVE THIS PROBLEM.

Don't apologize.
I've never faced with that problem.
This copier save the amount of toner on the contactless chip (every toner bottle has one). It gets the data by RF antenna. The TD sensor has the PCU counter.
There's nothing tricky in fw updating. Just read the manual. BUT if you're end user I highly recommend call for tech.
Hope you're using genuine toner and PCU.

Thanks Patish. Its true that m/c displaying from installation black & magenta almost empty. And add toner message flashing.From WIM page
displaying Change PCU Color and change Dev. Cyan & Yellow.
Can i get FW from nrgcss site and can i write that over empty SD card.

Dear All, Can we upload scan to folder option folder which we created
over bland formatted SD card and than same can we download.
Guide me. New in service arena.Is any special kind of SD card require
for this purpose or what.

nashua if you follow the steps for firmware updates in the manual you can't go wrong. Firmware has to be downloaded from TESSA- support.com.

If you're going to do the firmware, update all of it to the latest levels.

They do say almost empty for ages. Only replace them when the machine stops and says replace toner.
