Ricoh 1180L fuser error.

This very new Ricoh 1180L came up with "printer Error--- Fusser Temp" . I have gone through the service manual and cannot find how to reset the fusser section. I have been told the enter service code in the manual is wrong too. Has anyone had experience with this? Thanks for any assistance you can give me!

Set soft Switch 1(SOS1), bit 8 value to 1 (service manual p92 +93):
1. Press "arrow down" --> press * --> press #
2. Select Soft switch 1 with up/down and press OK
3. Change the value of bit 8 to 1 by pressing 1 and OK to confirm.
Erase Printer error (Administrator function, Initializing and erasing memory, service manual p104)
1. Press "arrow down" --> press #
2. With arrow up/down select "T", then press OK
3. Switch ON/OFF
After rebooting change back the SOS1

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately my manual does not have page number that match yours. My service manual is sectioned out, and then has numbers like "4-12". Any chance of getting those pages sent to me?
