printing issue in PS driver.

hello everyone.

I have a customer and they are sharing the same excel file on the network drive. They are running on PS driver & everyone is using locked print. user A print & save the file. after that user B will open the same file and print. but under locked print, it's capturing user A info.

any solution or alternative to resolve this issue?
