Aficio 2051 Email question

Ok, I have an Aficio 2051S/P that I'm trying to setup for email. I've hit the web interface and setup all the SMTP/POP settings correctly, but I'm getting an error when attempting to send "Sender's name is not selected". The Insert Sender's Name button is grayed out, so I cannot push it to select a sender's name.

I've searched this forum before posting and read numberous threads on similar problems with the 2045 and other similar models and followed the suggestions there. I'm guessing I need to find where to input a "keyop" or "admin" email address and tell it to always use that as the sender but for some reason I can't find that option in the copier's menus or through the web interface.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

You need to find the "auto specify sender's name" button. It's either in File Transfer in user tools or in scanner tools somewhere. Change that setting to on and bob's your uncle.
