False message toner empty replace toner displaying for black & magenta.
After going SP 3045 for end toner detection enable not detect message
disappear.But is temp. solution.If toner finishes it will print from developer
and eat dev. Can anyone have same problem face any time or any guide
in this regards.

Is the toner transported to the DV-Units? Maybe you have to replace the DV-units. Are you using the original toners?

SP3-045 only disables the message on the screen. It does not resolve the issue.

Thanks for your reply.Toner is original.I know 3045 only disable message on the screen.You mean i will have to replace tube which is carrying toner to DV unit or what ? DV unit you means ?

If you use un-original toner the machine will only use about 70-80% of the toner in the cartridge.

Disconnect the toner transport tubes in both ends and vacuum them, should resolve any possible build-ups of toner blocking them.
Vacuum the toner-end sensor (at the end of the black plastic thingie the toner is initially fed through).
Vacuum the above mentioned black plastic thingie, you'll understand what I mean when you take off the back cover and swing out the controller box.
Vacuum the toner pumps and clean the toner pump clutches.

If none of the above solves it, you may have a faulty RFID-board.

RFID board is over toner cartridge.If replace with another cartridge RFID board also will be replaced.I will vaccum tubes and clean also toner end sensor. Any other option

Yes, there are small RFID-boards at the ends of the toner cartridges, but I'm talking about to the board referred to as PCB-RFID in the parts manual.

Is PCB - RFID is interchangeable with other boards.
