Smile Aficio 2075 copy freeze intermittently when use the copy mode

Aficio 2075 copy freeze intermittently when use the copy mode without any error code. It just says copying on the panel and freeze up. However sending prints from a PC never been freeze. Please advice. thanks.

Did you check the SMC report. No codes at all??
Usually responsible for "freezing" could be: firmware, memory, controller, but I saw may other issues like unplugged potential sensor or id sensor or a bad contact in the harness that connect each sensor, so when the machine will try to run the process control after one copy it won't receive any answer from these sensors.
Try to dig a little more in the problem and post again.

Clean the optics in particular the home postion sensor for the scanner.

That can cause odd freezes but normally a sc code
