how to setup default sender for scan to email with MPC2500. customers have to select a sender every time they use the function. thanks.

if you goto USER TOOLS- SYSTEM SETTING in one oS- FILE TRANSFER in one of the pages look for "Administrators email address" enter anything you want it like "RicohColor" can be used just no spaces can be added then next page look for "Auto Specify Senders Name" change this setting to "ON". This should allow scan to emails without having to enter the senders name.
