MPC4500 Burn out Toner pump

Hey, i have a MPC4500. After only maybe 100 color copies the machine asks for yellow toner even though bottle is full, have repl bottle several times. Found out that toner pump was dead so i replaced it and it worked for a while and then the pump died again. I repl the NVRAM, The toner sensors, and hoses, even the Yellow PCU to no avail. The inside of the machine was covered with yellow toner from the yellow PCU to the Blk PCU. In fact there was so much yellow toner inside that it actually wrecked the blade and charge and in affect the drum it self. It seems like the pump was not turning off and burning out the clutch, cannot figure it out any suggestions?

Chances are a problem with IO board.
The FW update wouldn't hurt.
