Ricoh AF 220 [fax receiving]

I have Aficio 220, with fax option.

I have problem with faxing. I can send but I don't receive fax. I try to call the fax nummber but nothing. At the phone side its going over but the machine dont react. I try this with both LINE and Phone connections both are the same.
Should I change the fax unit or it has to do with the settings?

Try another NCU, I think the CML relay is not coming in.
