 Savin C9025/Ricoh MP C2550 (D042) with ELP PCV & ITC Coin-op
Anyone have experience with configuring a Savin C9025 that has ELP PCV installed and connected to an ITC coin-op 5400 series "Fusion"?
The coin-op and firmware is configured to charge $.10 per page for B&W and $.25 per for Color. The copy function is working correctly however when printing all pages are counted as B&W ($.10). For some reason the copier I assume is sending the same pulse for B&W & Color prints.
ITC says it's a known issue with the Ricoh line while Ricoh tells me it's a problem with the ITC device. I have a few Ricoh/Savin reps working on this issue but thought I'd post here.
