| Savin C3535 Ricoh MP C3500 Horizontal Lines
Has anyone had success getting rid of Horizontal lines on these models using TB#49? I notice this reduces the frequency of the problem but does not eliminate it. The lines are most noticable on magenta units for some reason. I have both MFP and printer versions of these machines the have high failures of magenta units. Any alternative suggestions for a fix? I will take a closer look at a few of these drum units tomorrow and see if I can come up with something.
The TB says it is a dirty charge roller, however, I have cleaned and swapped these charge rollers all to no avail. The drums actually get an abrasion in the area where the failure occurs which makes me think it has more to do with cleaning and drum lubrication than a dirty charge roller.
Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated. |
