Thanks for the info, regarding the Ricoh print board. I can buy a Ricoh All in One Kit Type 2000 (Scanner Printer Fax) for $299, is that a fair price? Also is this all I need to make machine print? Is this an easy install? Yes I am a tech, mostly Sharp however trying to help someone out.

That's dirt cheap. I know retail is probably close to $2k (at least originally). You'll need documentation to install it (it comes in the box if it's all original). If not, I can email you the pdf. The kit is all inclusive - controller box, op panel, dummy covers, SD card, ram dimm, hardware. Nothing hard about installation if you follow it step by step.
