leo34staffs Senior Tech 100+ Posts Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: not specified Posts: 149 Rep Power: 6	Ricoh 1515 half copies Hi guys, I have a machine thats intermittently giving out half copies ( it is exactly half the page in the feed direction) I went to this machine today and it performed ok, but samples show otherwise......by the way these are off the glass and adf!!! i did find the reg sensor was not always returning to its home position smoothly. could this be the cause??

pals80 technician Join Date: Jun 2009 Location: Dale City, va Posts: 11 Rep Power: 1	The black guidein front of the sensor, There should be a plastic clip on the rear frame to keep in position. I believe this was an early modification. Did you look at the separation pad for the feed?
