Scanrouter V2 lite on a 2535

with one scan, scanrouter ver 2.0.6 creates 2 of the same named file in the same folder but the copiers "Scanned Files Status" shows only 1 file completed EG: newtest.pdf then newtest(1).pdf, the files are the same size and time stamp, SR V2 is running on a Server 2003 sp2 System. I have deleted the scanner settings in the copier. Deleted then put back that same IO device.

ANY Suggestions

Can't say I've seen this before. That is really odd.
