Savin C6055 versus Konica Minolta 5500

We currently have had a Konica Minolta Bizhub for a few months and are looking to get another color copier. We can choose between this Savin or an additional Konica. Discussing these options between two different sales reps is quite annoying and I feel like both sides are lying. One says the Savin is good and the other says the Savin is bad & cheaper. We do like our current Konica but with these hard times we need to save money too. Do any of you have experience with either of these machines??

I'm just sick of the lies and want some actual smart answers from people that have experience with these machines. sales people are so untrustworthly at times. they just want me to sign a contract for 60 months....ugh!!! greed

I would choose the Konica Minolta. That particular Savin model has issues with maintaining toner density and jamming in the inverter.

I also agree with the above Tech. The Savin C6055 and C7570 are notoriously bad for density.
