AF2051 Sc490

The machine AF2051 showing a SC490. Manuals says main fan motor problem. Now which motor does that mean. I have checked the fan next to the drum unit, all the fans in the back panel, all seems to be working. Does this refer to the fan under the duplex?
Can anyone help?

There are 3 main fans in the rear of that machine, one near the drum/dev unit, one near the fuser and one extracting fan which blows air thru the ozone filter. I would suggest you turn these off and on in sp mode and by physically disconnecting them. Make sure there are no obstructions or dirt in the fans and replace your filters.

Exhaust fan error - replace M13 exhaust fan part number AX65-0030....it might work right now but will go bad just replace it

Thanks buddies, I will check all the fans, or rather replace the exhaust fan.
